PhotoShine is a software for photo editing and manipulation tools to easily create collages, frames and magazine style layout with fancy effects like sticking your favorite photo on a mug or flowers, or decorating with pink picture frame. PhotoShine has 9 theme categories: Baby, Dream, Festival, Frame, Girl, Love, Magazine, Simulation and others. The free version includes 230 templates, while the full version comes with a whooping 680 templates. Make a framed picture or humorous effect is easy. After opening the image in PhotoShine you simply select the template to be used with it. You can then fine tune it by moving and rotating the image in the template, for example, to precisely position it in the frame of the mirror. You can add additional photos to the same template to create a collage. PhotoShine also lets you change the color to sepia, black and white or line drawing effects.
